WHISPER is a VAGABOND 47, a Bluewater Cruising Ketch and in fiberglass designed by world famous naval architect William Garden.  Vagabond 47 is built to A.B.S, BUREU VERITAS and LLOYDS standards for fiberglass yachts in Taiwan under close American technical supervision. She has a powerful sailing hull with full displacement and is built for comfort and safety. She has an extremely able, sea-kindly hull with a gentle motion at sea. Whisper will comfortably accommodate 6 guests for charter and 12 guests for day tours.
